Since 2009

From 2005-2009, Stephen Green and Ryan Hinricher were in the real estate industry sourcing and renovating properties for individual real estate investors in the Memphis, Tennessee market. In 2009 Green and Hinricher formed Investor Nation as a response to the housing crisis. Since then Investor Nation has purchase, improved, and sold over 1,000 homes. The firm continues to execute its residential strategy as well acquiring and holding retail, office, and covered land opportunities.

Investor Nation operates in real estate niches. These niches are often in areas below institutional levels yet above typical mom-and-pop investors and small investment companies. Without a singular real estate focus the firm can pivot quickly to emerging opportunities and real estate investment strategies.

Other Services

Investor Nation acquires 1-4 unit residential properties as well as provides joint venture funding and financing through Investor Nation Residential Capital, LLC (INRC). INRC focuses on short term opportunities with a 12 month or less exit strategy.
