I’m very happy to write this post on behalf of Investor Nation today.
This week we officially opened a location in New York. The company wanted to bring a physical location to our customers. Investing 1000 miles from home can be daunting as it is. But subtract face-to-face human interaction and it can be even more challenging. Of course real estate should run like a top by itself, but we all know it doesn’t.
Because of this we decide to bring Investor Nation to our clients. Investor Nation opened an office Monday at 1350 Avenue of the Americas. Our building is anchored by the famous “LOVE” sculpture at the corner of 55th and 6th Avenue in Manhattan. I found that very fitting with the direction the company is moving.
Our goal is to develop long term working relationships with our customers who are seeking sound investment homes. Post sale of the property we work with the client to be their concierge here in Memphis.
With the new office in New York, I’ve already been meeting with clients of our firm and plan on learning about the true challenges of investing 1000 miles away. In fact I’m learning quickly because I have my own portfolio of investment homes in Memphis as well. I’m learning that one can feel blind by having communication only online and via phone. In a digital world, tremendous value still exists in face-to-face communication.
Our only regret is that we can’t do this in every city where our customers live (give us time). If you’re in New York, look us up:
