Market Spotlight: Atlanta, Modern Boomtown

The real estate investment market in any city is based upon the two factors: population and jobs. Atlanta is poised for growth in both. Being home to a regional office of nearly every company in the Fortune 100, Atlanta also boasts the world headquarters of firms such as Coca-Cola, Home Depot, and Delta Airlines. Anchored by such job providing companies, Atlanta has had an impressive run of economic growth and population explosion seen by very few cities in such a short span in history.
