Message From the President
November has been another exciting month. While the economy has continued to impact our industry we are starting to lenders loosening up and accommodating to people who are financing in creative ways. Appraisal issues continue to be a challenge to investors looking to structure their purchases with less than traditional 20% down methods, but having our appraisals completed on the front end has given our customers a better foundation for value than nearly any competitor.
Also I’m proud to say our team did a fantastic job in San Francisco this month at the Learning Annex and I was privileged to be a part of it. We launched our new site dedicated to YOU the real estate investor; InvestorsRock.com. We’ve received an overwhelming response and have many investor stories to share over the life of the site.
