The last 30 days have been exciting.  Our company is continuing to make noise in the industry by enhancing our due diligence.  This month we’ve added additional coverages on the 1 year home warranty we purchase for our investors when you buy a home.  Garage doors are now covered for the first year home warranty.

We’ve added  additional detail in our renovation bids making them nearly mirror the home inspections to ensure all items are included on distressed properties.   This further increases the standards we are setting for the industry.

Also I’m excited to have been chosen by The Learning Annex to be a keynote presenter with other financing experts such as Suze Orman in San Francisco on November 7th.
